SBF017: Tilty fulmars

SBF017: Tilty fulmars - Fulmars
A group of fulmars (Fulmarus glacialis) appearing completely unfazed no matter how tilty the waves make them! These seabirds spend long periods of time foraging in the open oceans and are very well adapted for this lifestyle.

This photograph was taken whilst on a research cruise to the Rockall Trough area of the NE Atlantic Ocean in 2012.
