NZ009: Birds at Birding Sands

While I was visiting Birding Sands, the sun was just behind these cliffs so as the birds circled across the cliff face they kept catching the sunlight which gave them a beautiful glow. This image is a bit more minimalist than I usually go for, but I think it works with the cliffs to give an unusual sense of scale.
