Hommarus gammarus. These are the edible lobsters you can find in high-end restaurants and are a beautiful blue colour while they're alive - they don't turn red until they've been cooked. If you look closely, you can see that this one is left-handed: the crusher claw is on the left, and the more delicate cutter claw on the right.
