First trip with the Canon 7D

Well, despite having owned it for over 2 weeks now, I am finally getting out with the new Canon 7D this weekend for a proper test run at Caerlaverock by the Solway Firth. With a bit of luck, the weather and wildlife will cooperate and I'll have some new images for the gallery after the weekend as well as a bit of an update on the camera itself and how it compares to the 40d which it replaces.

If anyone else is around there this Saturday, feel free to say hi! I'll probably be wearing black ski gear, and sneaking about the beach!
