Wild Ocean Photography

Welcome to Wild Ocean Photography, a library of photographic images highlighting the diversity and beauty of the Scottish marine and coastal environments and their wildlife by Rosanna Milligan. The focus of my photography is strongly on the Scottish marine environment, with including both underwater images, as well as photographs taken at the surface. All images are available for commercial licencing, or to buy as prints or posters.

You will also find a gallery of photographs that I have taken while at sea with the Scottish langoustine (Nephrops norvegicus) fishing fleet, which highlights the importance of our seas as a sustainable resource. There is also a growing collection of photographs designed to assist in the identification of common British and Atlantic marine fish, shark and invertebrate species.

All images have been taken in the wild by Rosanna Milligan, a marine biologist and SCUBA diver, based in Glasgow on the west coast of Scotland. For more information on Scottish marine life and other photographic sites, please see the links page.
